My wife and I decided to replace several doors and passage sets in our house and we were on our way to a large box store when we drove by Riverside Door and Trim. We decided to drop in to see what was available. We were pleased to find that you had similar door styles and your prices were very competitive with the large box stores. In fact, a set of French Doors ended up costing us almost half of what the box stores wanted. I could not believe that you machined your doors on site instead of sending them away and having to wait 3 weeks like at the box stores. We ended up purchasing 5 doors, had them all machined, and also bought 9 passage sets from Riverside Door and Trim. During this entire process, Lisa Fralick could not have been more patient and helpful with us. She gave us some suggestions on how to complete our project and was very helpful when we had questions. I realize that our purchase was not a large one in relation to your overall sales, but how we were treated by Lisa will have us coming back in the near future. We have also recommended Riverside to friends, family, and co-workers.

Last week we had some work done to our home. We purchased 15+ interior doors, all baseboards, door jams, window and door trim to our 2 story home. I must say that Riverside Door and Trim did a Fab job! My husband and I are so happy with the new clean look to our home. The crew that came to our home were “outstanding” to say the least. I would like to say that as a small company that services the insurance industry for rebuilding or restoring homes, I can rely on Riverside Door and Trim when I need them. They have bar none the best staff that I have ever dealt with – whether its customer service from the front desk, on-site estimators or installers in the field, they always find ways to help me out with product, scheduling delivery & installation times & dates and to take care of my customer’s problems and concerns. I know when I come in or call that I will be getting the best people to answer all of my questions and concerns. I refer all of my customers to Riverside for doors, trim, door hardware and closet organizers. When they thank me for sending them there, I know they are happy which makes my job a lot easier.
